The learning path feature is designed for users who want to implement onboarding, compliance, and upskilling plans for their learners. With the platform's help, you can structure the opening and completion of the courses in the order you need.
Overview of how it works:
Adding a new course to the path
Each learning path has its own builder with an option to add new steps:
By clicking on the Add steps button, you can add your self-paced courses to the path.
Also, you can change the order of each piece of the learning path using the "Move up" and "Move down" options.
Learning path enrollment rules
After you finish structuring the path, you can publish it to learners.
Go to the Learning paths.
Create a new path or choose the existing one.
Click Enroll learners/Settings at the top.
Choose from the drop-down list the option you need:
Hide from learners (the learning path is invisible to all learners, useful if you’re preparing or testing content that isn’t ready to share yet).
Enroll all learners (all learners in your workspace will be automatically enrolled in this path).
Auto-enroll rule (learners are enrolled only if they meet specific rules you set. You can combine conditions such as: Tags → enroll learners who are tagged. See more information about Tags, or Created time → enroll learners created before or after a certain date).
Example: Only learners tagged “L&D” and created before 01-09-2025 will see this path. When rules are applied, the system indicates how many learners meet the criteria (such as 6 learners will gain access to this learning path).
Progress of a learning path
If you click on a Progress, you can see the insights such as the number of learners, course statuses, etc. Additionally, you can export the data.
