The Activity Log is one of the most powerful tools in EducateMe for tracking user actions and ensuring full visibility into how everyone is progressing. Whether you're monitoring learner engagement or managing administrative updates, this log gives you a reliable, real-time overview of all key activities.
What is the Activity Log?
The Activity Log provides a chronological record of all major events across your courses and learning spaces. It’s designed to help administrators and instructors to:
Keep track of learner engagement
Monitor platform activity and system updates
Stay informed about team management tasks
You can find it under the Analyze section: open Activity log .
What events are tracked?
Once you go to Activity log page, you can click on Filter, and choose action to see following activities:
Course-Level events
These events relate specifically to activity within individual courses:
Course reset: Course was reset.
Course completed: Learner completed all required course content.
Course suspended: Course access was temporarily disabled.
Course unsuspended: Suspended course was resumed.
Course marked as finished: Course was manually marked as finished.
Course marked as unfinished: Previously finished course was marked as unfinished.
Course library assigned: Course library rules updated or published - learners were assigned accordingly.
Learning path assigned: Learning path rules updated or published - learners were assigned accordingly.
Member enrolled: Learner started the course on their own.
Learning space-Level events
These events affect the broader learning environment and user management:
Member assigned: User was assigned to the course (directly or via tags).
Member unassigned: User was removed from the course.
Member created: New user account was created.
Member deleted: User account was deleted.
Member invited: User was invited to a course or workspace.
Member suspended: User account was suspended.
Member unsuspended: User account was reactivated.
By choosing a Filter option, you can additionally sort the data based on Learner tag and Course:
You can aslo export the data by clicking on Export. The data will be exported as a CSV file.
Access individual activity logs
Click on a learner’s profile picture or name to open their Learner profile. From there, go to the Activity log tab to view their personal timeline of actions: enrollments, completions, status changes in assignments, and more.
Plus, you can filter the data by a specific time range (today - all time).
