Healthcare training

Train healthcare teams to communicate with patients, use internal systems, and handle real-life situations through interactive AI roleplay and structured online training.

Updated this week

EducateMe helps healthcare organizations deliver modern, skills-based training for clinical and non-clinical staff. With self-paced courses, course libraries, and AI Roleplay simulations, teams can practice patient conversations, follow procedures, and improve service quality in a safe, realistic environment.

Watch a tutorial below to create effective healthcare training inside EducateMe:

Step 1: Create a healthcare training course

  1. Go to Courses

  2. Click Create course

  3. Choose one of the available options, for instance, Create with AI

For a detailed walkthrough, see How to Create and Manage Courses. To create a course with an AI Assistant, check this guide.

Step 2: Add AI roleplay scenarios for practice

Use AI Roleplay to simulate real healthcare situations:

Examples:

  • Explaining procedures to patients

  • Handling complaints or concerns

  • Appointment scheduling conversations

  • Delivering instructions and follow-ups

Learners can practice safely and receive instant feedback.

See more information about the AI Roleplay activity here.

Step 3: Organize courses into course libraries

Use Course Libraries to group training by topic or role.

  1. Click Create library

  2. Add relevant courses

  3. Share the library with your team

This makes it easy for staff to find and revisit training anytime.

Step 4: Share documents with the Knowledge Hub

Use the Knowledge Hub to store and share:

  • Internal protocols

  • SOPs and checklists

  • Patient communication guidelines

  • System manuals

Learners can search and access documents in one centralized space.

Step 5: Monitor performance in the Dashboard and Score page

Use the built-in analytics to understand how your team is progressing and where support is needed.

Dashboard overview

The Dashboard gives you a real-time view of:

  • Active learners

  • Course completion rates

  • Overall engagement across your team

This helps you quickly see if training is being used and where attention is needed.

Score page

The Score page lets you:

  • Review quiz and roleplay results

  • Compare performance across learners

  • Export data for reporting or reviews

Together, the Dashboard and Score page help you make data-driven improvements to your healthcare training programs.

Expert Tip: Combine AI roleplay, course libraries, and the Knowledge Hub to create a complete training ecosystem for your healthcare team.
