Step 1: Create a real estate training course
Go to Courses
Click Create course
Choose one of the following options, such as Create with AI

Step 2: Add AI roleplay scenarios for practice
Use AI Roleplay to let agents practice conversations before meeting real clients.
Examples: First-time buyer consultation; Price negotiation with a seller; Handling objections during a property tour; Follow-up after a viewing.
Inside of a course program, click Add new (or ask AI Assistant to generate AI Roleplay for you)
Choose AI Roleplay
Insert a prompt
Click send
Learners can practice, receive instant feedback, and improve communication skills.
Step 3: Organize training into a learning path
Go to Learning paths
Click Create path
Add your courses and arrange them in sequence
(Optional) Set deadlines

Step 4: Use tags to configure access
Go to Tags
Click Create tag
Example: role = Manager, location = Office, department = Sales.
Assign learners and necessary materials to tags.

Step 5: Track progress and performance
Use built-in analytics to understand how your real estate team is progressing and where additional coaching is needed.
Dashboard shows overall engagement, active learners, and learning space progress at a glance.
Course dashboard shows completion rates, learner activity, and performance for the selected course.
Score shows activities results and learner performance comparisons.
Activity log shows real-time learner actions.
Feedback shows learner comments and reactions to help you improve training quality.
