Dashboards differ slightly depending on whether a course is self-paced or scheduled, but both offer quick insights that help you manage learning effectively.

Self-paced Course Dashboard
Self-paced dashboards focus on progress, engagement, and completion trends.
Learner Overview
Total Enrolled and All with access: Shows the number of learners enrolled in the course and who has access to it.
Not Started: Indicates how many learners haven’t begun the course.
In Progress: Displays the number of learners currently working through the course.
Completed: Shows how many learners have finished the course.
Need Reminder: Tracks how many learners have been inactive for the past 3 days.
Completion Rate
A circular progress indicator representing the percentage of learners who have completed the course.
Learner Progress
A horizontal progress bar for each learner, indicating how much of the course they’ve completed in terms of the program’s activities.
Progress by Activity
Breakdown of learner progress for each course module, showing completion percentages and the number of learners who finished each section.
Median Training Time
Displays the average duration learners take to complete the course.

Learner Overview
On Track: Shows the number of learners who have been active within the last 30 days.
Need Reminder: Indicates how many learners have been inactive over the last 30 days.
Learner Reactions
Displays a breakdown of learners' reactions using emojis.
Satisfaction Rate

Learner Progress
