How to enroll Learners?
Navigate to the Learners page in the course and press Enroll learners in the top-right corner. You can enroll learners in four ways:
By email
- Enter the learner’s email and full name. Optionally assign tags. Existing learners can be searched and added directly.
Import from CSV
- Upload a CSV file with at least two columns: full names and emails. This is ideal for bulk invitations.
Via link
- Share a generated enrollment link. Anyone with the link can join the course.
Note: Anyone with this link will be able to join the course.
By tags
- Select tags to assign learners. Learners will automatically receive an email notification about course access.
You can also invite learners to the platform by navigating to Learners under Manage.
How to enroll Learners in multiple courses?
To efficiently enroll multiple learners across several courses at once:
Go to Manage > Learners.
Select the desired learners by checking the boxes next to their names. Use the top checkbox to select all learners.
Click the Courses button.
A course selection window will open, showing all available courses. Use the search bar to quickly find specific courses.
Select one or multiple courses from the list.
Click Enroll to confirm. Selected learners will be enrolled in all chosen courses simultaneously and will receive corresponding notifications.
This bulk action is ideal for onboarding groups of learners into multi-course programs or organization-wide training initiatives.

Bulk actions from the Learners page (platform-level)
Go to Manage > Learners.
Select one or more learners by checking the boxes next to their names.
Use the action buttons above the list or click the three-dot menu (⋮).
Choose the required action.
Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
This approach is best for managing learner accounts, access status, communication, and tagging across the entire platform.
How to remove the Learner from the course?
You can manage a learner’s access at two levels: for a specific course or for the entire platform (all courses).
Restrict access to an assigned course
From the Learners page within a course, click the three dots (⋮) next to a learner’s name. You have two options:
Suspend course access
Click Suspend course access. The learner will retain access to the organization and their other courses, but will be temporarily blocked from this specific course. To restore access, click Unsuspend course access. All their progress in this course will be preserved.
Unenroll
Click Unenroll. The learner will be permanently removed from this course. They will keep access to the organization and other courses, but any progress made in this course will be lost.
The same actions can also be performed in bulk by selecting multiple learners on the course’s Learners page.
Learner profile management
Remove a course from the Learner's profile
Click on a learner to open their profile and remove the course from their Assigned courses list. They will lose access to that specific course, but retain access to the organization and other courses.
Make sure to click Save changes. Progress in the removed course will not be saved.
Suspend the Learner
Click the Suspend button on the learner's profile. The learner will be blocked from accessing all assigned materials. They will be marked as inactive. You can Unsuspend them at any time to restore full access and preserve all progress and data.
Delete the Learner's Account
Click the Delete button on the learner's profile.
Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. The learner’s account, along with all their progress and data across all courses, will be permanently removed from the platform.
Expert Tip: If you regularly run cohort-based or multi-course programs, consider using Tags to group learners by location, department, role, or other attributes. This allows you to enroll multiple learners into the right courses quickly, while keeping your course administration organized.
