The Calendar is designed to help you simply schedule your program’s Events (e.g., Zoom meetings) and Lessons, assigning them precise dates and times to ensure smooth delivery to Learners in scheduled courses.
Best Practice: Only begin scheduling activities in the Calendar once they have been successfully created within the Program.
To access Calendar and scheduling tools, navigate to course page → Calendar:
How to Schedule Lessons & Events
Activities in Calendar can be scheduled manually and automatically.

Use Schedule automatically button to optimize scheduling by allocating specific activities: Lessons & Events. You can choose a day and an opening time.
Click Next step to see how it will look in the Calendar.
How to create new online sessions
Important: It’s better to use this method only for online sessions that are not part of the course Program.
Why? To maintain a coherent learning experience, all program-related activities should be created directly within the Program page.
To create an session:
Go to Calendar page → Click Create event
How to edit scheduled activities
To change the date and the time of the scheduled activity:
click on Lesson to change the date and the time
click on Event
use Settings button to Edit event by changing the date and the time
To upload recording of events
click on the Event on the calendar
use Add recording button to upload recording(s)
To delete a single scheduled activity
click on the Activity on the calendar and use Delete button in the modal window
To delete all scheduled activities:
use Delete activities button at the top right corner
How to schedule modules
You can schedule entire modules in scheduled courses including all contained activities to open on specific dates and times.
Important: If a module is not scheduled, activities inside will become available based on each activity’s individual schedule and access type.
To schedule a module:
Go to Course Program → Click on a Module → Set module opening date
2. Set the opening date/time and adjust activity access settings if needed.
To specify the opening of activities within the module, utilize scheduling options and/or adjust the activity access type settings.
Example:
The module opens on April 16th.
The course uses the “Current and previous activities are available” access type, so Learners must complete earlier lessons before accessing the next.
A Zoom Event is scheduled for April 24th.
Learners unlock Event-related materials once they’ve completed previous lessons.
They attend the Zoom Event on April 24th.
