EducateMe lets you showcase your company’s identity by applying custom colors, fonts, icons, logo, favicon, domain, custom email, and sign-in cover. This boosts brand presence and creates a professional, cohesive experience for your learners.
Follow these steps to customize your space:
Step 1: Set up custom branding
Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Organization settings.
Select the General tab to open branding options.
Customize colors, fonts, icons, logo, favicon, and sign-in cover.
EducateMe lets you apply your brand identity across the entire learning space — including colors, fonts, logo, favicon, domain, and sign-in experience.
All settings live in Organization Settings → General.
Step 2: Connect your domain
EducateMe allows you to connect a personal domain for a fully branded platform.
1. Define your domain and subdomain. Decide on the exact URL you want to use for your EducateMe platform.
For example: app.example.com
→ here, app is the subdomain, and example.com is your main domain.
2. Log in to your Domain Provider and navigate to the Manage DNS or DNS Settings page.
3. Create a new record with the following details:
Type - CNAME
Name - app - subdomain name (check the first point)
Value -
3e775ea6e2baab15.vercel-dns-016.com- the record value. This value is connected to our servers and allows you to add a mapping from your DNS to our server.
4. Once all the steps are completed, send an email to roman@educate-me.co with your domain and subdomain values.
It may take a few hours for DNS changes to take effect, depending on your domain provider. During this period, your custom domain might not be active right away.
Step 3: Connect a custom email
By default, platform emails (invitations, notifications, reminders) are sent from an EducateMe address (no-reply@educate-me.co). You can replace this with your own company email so learners receive messages from a familiar sender.
To set it up, reach out via the support widget on the platform or email roman@educate-me.co. Our team will configure it for you.
Step 4: Explore authorization options
Authorization options let you control how learners sign in, for example, restricting access to users with a specific email domain, or enabling SSO.
Once your domain is connected, go to General → Authorization options in Organization settings to configure domain-based authorization.
Expert Tip: Consistently applying your brand elements across EducateMe helps learners instantly recognize your platform and creates a more engaging learning experience.
Managing platform features
In Organization Settings → Feature Management, you can enable or disable platform features workspace-wide. This lets you hide anything that's not relevant to your learners and keep the experience focused.
Features you can toggle:
Knowledge Hub — searchable space for documentation and articles
Assignments — the assignments board in the learner side menu
Assignment Review with AI — AI-generated draft feedback on submissions
Ask AI for learners — the Ask AI button in learner search
Learning paths — sequences of courses in a defined order
Course libraries — grouped collections of courses learners can browse
Files library — central storage for materials shared across courses
Community — group channels and direct messages. Does not affect assignment and activity comments.
Members — a dedicated page with other learners and instructor profiles.
When a feature is disabled, it's hidden from learners. Existing content (articles, libraries, files) is preserved and comes back if you re-enable it.
