How to invite Learners to the course?
Navigate to the Learners page in the course and press Enroll learners in the top-right corner. You can invite learners in four ways:
By email
Enter the learner’s email and full name. Optionally assign tags. Existing learners can be searched and added directly.
Import from CSV
Upload a CSV file with at least two columns: full names and emails. This is ideal for bulk invitations.
Via link
Share a generated enrollment link. Anyone with the link can join the course.
Note: Anyone with this link will be able to join the course.
By tags
Select tags to assign learners. Learners will automatically receive an email notification about course access.

How to remove the Learner from the course?
Navigate to the Learners page and access Settings via three dots:
There are three ways to restrict Learner's access to the course:
Remove the course from the Assigned courses list on the Learner's profile
The Learner will retain access to the organization and other assigned courses. However, any progress made in the removed course will not be saved.
Suspend the Learner using the Suspend button
The Learner will still be able to access the organization, but access to all assigned courses will be suspended, and this Learner won’t be considered active. You can unsuspend at any time, and all progress and Learner data will be preserved.
Delete the Learner's account using the Delete button
Note: This action cannot be undone. All Learner's progress and data will be permanently removed.
Expert Tip: If you regularly run cohort-based or multi-course programs, consider using tags to group learners by location, department, role or other. This allows you to enroll multiple learners in the right courses quickly while keeping your course administration organized.
