How to Manage the Team
Instructors can be assigned to existing courses during the initial invitation process.
However, you can also update instructor-course assignments at any time after the instructor has joined your organization. Below is a step-by-step plan how to invite and assign an Instructor.

How to assign an Instructor to a course:
Navigate to the Invite Instructors tab within the course.
Click the Invite Instructor button located in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Instructor.
4. Fill in a full name and an email of the instructor you'd like to add and invite them. Or invite from the team if you have already added a person to the team.
5. Choose courses you would like this Instructor to have access to on the next Access step:
Important: These settings can later be changed or omitted at this stage if courses are not ready for assignment yet or Instructors are expected to create courses.
Invitation to the organization will be delivered to the indicated email.
Once assigned, instructors will have access to manage content, track learner progress, and support participants throughout the course.
How to invite Administrators
Go to Team → Invite to team button in the top right corner.
Pick the permission role - Administrator:
3. Fill in mandatory fields - Full Name and Email and click Invite
Invitation to the organization will be delivered to the indicated email.
How to change the course access settings for Instructors
Instructor's assignment to courses can be updated anytime:
Go to Team page.
Click on ⋮ three dots next to the Instructor you would like to update the course access for.
Navigate to Settings tab.

How to delete Administrators or Instructors from the organization
Go to Team page.
Click on ⋮ three dots next to the Instructor you would like to update the course access for.
Navigate to Settings tab.
4. Click Delete.
Important: This action is not reversible. You might want to consider Suspend option instead to temporary remove access to the organization for the chosen Instructor or Administrator.
FAQ
Q: Is it possible to assign Instructors to multiple courses?
A: Yes. It also works other way round - courses can have multiple Instructors assigned.
Q: Can I change the permission role for the user?
A: No. You would need to delete this user with the current role (Admin or Instructor) and re-invite them with another role.
Q: Can I upload photos for team members?
A: No. Administrators and Instructors can fill out their profile by themselves in their account by uploading photo, indicating location and expertise, adding social media links etc.
