The team can help to manage the learning process, build new programs and guide through the cohorts of Learners.


How to invite an Admin

1. Go to Team β†’ Invite Team button in the top right corner

2. Pick the permission role - Admin

3. Fill in mandatory fields - Full Name and Email

Invitation to the organization will be delivered to the indicated email.

How to invite an Instructor

Inviting an Instructor to the organization follows a similar process as described above for inviting Admins but also includes the additional step of assigning courses.

1. Go to Team β†’ Invite Team button in the top right corner

2. Pick the permission role - Instructor

3. Fill in mandatory fields - Full Name and Email

4. Choose courses you would like this Instructor to have access to on the next Access step:

Important: These settings can later be changed or omitted at this stage if courses are not ready for assignment yet or Instructors are expected to create courses.

Invitation to the organization will be delivered to the indicated email.
