Step 1: Create a sales training course
Go to Courses
Click Create course
Choose an option such as Create with AI

Step 2: Add AI roleplay scenarios for practice
Use AI Roleplay to simulate real sales situations such as:
Initial discovery call with a prospect
Handling objections during a sales pitch
Negotiating contract terms
Following up after a proposal
Inside a course program, click Add new (or ask the AI Assistant to generate AI Roleplay for you)
Create AI Roleplay by insert a prompt
Click Send and review
Learners can practice conversations, get instant feedback, and improve confidence and persuasion skills.
Step 3: Organize training into learning paths
Go to Learning paths
Click Create path
Add your courses and arrange them in sequence

Step 4: Use tags to configure access
Go to Tags
Click Create tag (Example: role = Account Executive, location = Regional Office, department = Sales)
Assign learners and training materials to tags.

Step 5: Track progress and performance
Use the built-in analytics to monitor your sales team’s learning progress and identify coaching opportunities:
Dashboard shows active learners, engagement, and overall progress
Course dashboard shows completion rates, learner activity, and performance per course
Score page lets you review quiz and roleplay results, compare learner performance, and export data
Activity log gives real-time insight into learner actions
Feedback captures learner comments and reactions to improve training quality
